What you need
An active Stockful account on a Shopify store, and permission to add an app to the team you want alerts in. Stockful is on the Shopify App Store.Connecting
Teams is connected once for your whole store, not per alert, and the same connection delivers scheduled reports. Connect it under Settings → Integrations, or straight from the alert with Connect. There is no sign-in step, because a Teams app is added from inside Teams and an install carries no store context. A pairing code supplies the missing half:1
Add Stockful in Teams
In Teams, open Apps, search for Stockful and add it to the team you want alerts in.
2
Get a code
In Stockful, go to Settings → Integrations and select Connect on Microsoft Teams. It gives you a message to send, with a code that lasts 15 minutes.
3
Send it in the channel
Paste that message into the channel. It mentions the bot, which matters: in a channel, Stockful only receives messages that @mention it.
Picking a channel
Each alert chooses its own channel inside that team. Only channels the bot can see and post in are listed, so if one is missing, check its permissions in Teams rather than reconnecting. What arrives
Each alert arrives as a card carrying the numbers that triggered it, with buttons for the obvious next steps: create a purchase order, view the product, open it in Stockful, or snooze that SKU. A summary instead lists everything caught over the period with a link to the alert’s history.Talking to the bot
Send help to the bot, in a channel or a direct message, and it tells you what it does and which commands it takes. It answers two:connect <code> pairs the channel with your store, and help shows that message.
