Report types
| Report | What it shows |

| Low Stock | Items with low days of supply that may need reordering soon |
| Out of Stock | Items currently out of stock, with estimated lost revenue |
| Overstocked | Items with excess inventory beyond optimal days of supply |
| Dead Stock | Items with no sales for an extended period, tying up capital |
| Zero Sales | Items that have never sold since being tracked |
| Reorder Recommendations | What to reorder and how much, based on velocity and lead time |
| ABC Analysis | Revenue-based classification of products into A, B, and C tiers |
| Sell Through Rate | Share of inventory sold over a period |
| Inventory Valuation | Total inventory value broken down by location |
| Profit / COGS | Profit and cost of goods sold by product and location |
| Location Comparison | Side-by-side inventory metrics across locations |
| Transfer Suggestions | Suggested transfers between locations, which you can act on |
Viewing a report
Click a report type to open it. Reports load live data. Most support filtering by location, searching, and column sorting, plus a totals row and pagination for larger datasets. From any report you can jump to its history or schedules. Two reports are interactive - you can act on them without leaving Stockful:- Reorder Recommendations - snooze items you don’t want flagged right now
- Transfer Suggestions - create draft transfers in Shopify and track them through to receipt
Scheduling reports
To receive reports automatically:- Go to Reports → Manage schedules (or click Schedules from any report view)
- Create a new schedule and choose a report type
- Set the frequency - daily (weekly and monthly coming soon)
- Choose a delivery channel - email or Slack
- Save the schedule
Report history
Every scheduled report delivery is saved. You can view past snapshots, re-download them, or compare data across different dates from the history page.Reports are kept according to your data retention period. Download any reports you want to keep permanently.
