Report types

| Inventory Valuation | Total inventory value broken down by location |
| Reorder Recommendations | Items that should be reordered based on velocity and lead time |
| ABC Analysis | Revenue-based classification of products into A, B, and C tiers |
| Location Comparison | Side-by-side comparison of inventory metrics across locations |
| Transfer Suggestions | Suggested inventory transfers between locations to balance stock |
| Profit / COGS | Profit and cost of goods sold analysis by product and location |
Viewing a report
Click a report type to open it. The report loads live data — there’s no “generate” step. For reports that support it, you can filter by location using the selector at the top. Each report includes a totals row and pagination for larger datasets. From the report view you can also jump to that report’s history or schedules.Scheduling reports
To receive reports automatically:- Go to Reports → Manage schedules (or click Schedules from any report view)
- Create a new schedule and choose a report type
- Set the frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly
- Choose a delivery channel — email or Slack
- Save the schedule
Report history
Every scheduled report delivery is saved. You can view past snapshots, re-download them, or compare data across different dates from the history page.Reports are kept according to your plan’s data retention period. Download any reports you want to keep permanently.
