Viewing a report

Click a report type to open it. Reports load live data. Most support filtering by location, searching, and column sorting, plus a totals row and pagination for larger datasets. From any report you can jump to its history or schedules. Two reports are interactive - you can act on them without leaving Stockful:

Scheduling reports

To receive reports automatically:
  1. Go to Reports → Manage schedules (or click Schedules from any report view)
  2. Create a new schedule and choose a report type
  3. Set the frequency - daily (weekly and monthly coming soon)
  4. Choose a delivery channel - email or Slack
  5. Save the schedule
Scheduled reports are delivered as attachments and saved to your report history.

Report history

Every scheduled report delivery is saved. You can view past snapshots, re-download them, or compare data across different dates from the history page.
Reports are kept according to your data retention period. Download any reports you want to keep permanently.
