It depends on the size of your catalog. Most stores finish within a few minutes. Larger catalogs (10,000+ products) may take longer. You’ll see a progress indicator while it’s running.
Yes. Every plan includes all features — reports, forecasting, notifications, everything. The only differences between plans are usage limits: tracked SKUs, locations, and history retention.
Overage charges apply for SKUs and locations ($5 per 500 SKUs, $5 per location). Overages are capped at $100/month so costs stay predictable.
Inventory changes sync in real time via Shopify webhooks. Product data (titles, images, etc.) syncs once daily.
Notification rules currently deliver via Slack only. Report schedules can deliver via email or Slack.
Forecasting requires sales history to calculate velocity. If a variant hasn’t sold in the velocity period you’ve configured (default 30 days), there’s no data to forecast from.
Yes. Go to Settings → Tracking and use the product exclusions filter to exclude products by vendor, product type, or tags.
Uninstalling removes the app from your store. Your historical data is retained for 7 days in case you reinstall. After that, all data is permanently deleted. Stockful does not modify your Shopify inventory data — it only reads it.
