Free plan

The Free plan lets you track up to 25 products at 1 location. You choose which products to track from a product picker inside the app - only those products are monitored. This is a great way to try Stockful on a small set of products before committing to a paid plan. When you’re ready to track your full catalog, upgrade to a paid plan. All paid plans include every feature - the only differences are usage limits. Paid plans sync all products automatically (with optional exclusion rules). Plans are available in monthly or annual billing intervals. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

All plans include 2 years of daily history and unlimited weekly/monthly trend data. If you go over your SKU or location limit, overage charges apply ($5 per 500 SKUs, $5 per location, capped at $100/month).

Viewing your plan and usage

Go to Settings, then under the App section click Account & billing. This page shows:
  • Your current plan, status, and billing date
  • Usage progress bars for each limit (tracked SKUs, locations)
  • A button to change your plan

Changing plans

From the Account & billing page, click Change plan to see all available plans. Selecting a new plan will redirect you to Shopify to confirm the change.

Cancelling

At the bottom of the Account & billing page, click Cancel subscription. You’ll be asked to confirm. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
