Choosing a plan

When you first install Stockful, you’ll be asked to select a plan. All plans include every feature — the only differences are usage limits. Plans are available in monthly or annual billing intervals. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

If you go over your SKU or location limit, overage charges apply ($5 per 500 SKUs, $5 per location, capped at $100/month).

Viewing your plan and usage

Go to Settings, then under the App section click Account & billing. This page shows:
  • Your current plan, status, and billing date
  • Usage progress bars for each limit (tracked SKUs, locations)
  • A button to change your plan

Changing plans

From the Account & billing page, click Change plan to see all available plans. Selecting a new plan will redirect you to Shopify to confirm the change.

Cancelling

At the bottom of the Account & billing page, click Cancel subscription. You’ll be asked to confirm. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
