Items currently out of stock and the revenue they’re costing you
The Out of Stock report lists items that have hit zero available, with an estimate of the sales you’re missing while they’re unavailable.
Key columns: product, variant, SKU, location, days out of stock, last in-stock date, average daily sales, and estimated lost revenue.
Estimated lost revenue is based on the item’s recent sales rate multiplied by how long it’s been out and its typical price - a way to prioritise which stockouts to fix first.
When to use it: to triage restocks by impact rather than alphabetically - the items at the top are the ones quietly costing you the most.
