Dead Stock
Items that have stopped selling and are tying up capital
The Dead Stock report lists items that still have stock on hand but haven’t sold in a long time - inventory that’s gone stale.
Key columns: product, variant, SKU, location, on-hand quantity, days since last sale, last sale date, and inventory value.
When to use it: to find clearance and liquidation candidates. Unlike Zero Sales, these items did sell at some point but have since gone quiet.
