The ABC Analysis report ranks your products by revenue and groups them into tiers, so you can see which items truly drive the business (and which barely move the needle). Key columns: product, variant, SKU, ABC class, revenue, revenue percentage, and cumulative percentage.
  • A items are your top revenue drivers (roughly the first 80% of cumulative revenue)
  • B items are the next tier
  • C items contribute the least
When to use it: to focus your attention - tighter stock control and service levels on A items, less effort on C items.
