Product list
The Products page shows your full product catalog with current stock levels. Click any product to see its detail page.
Use the search bar to find products by name, SKU, or barcode. Filter by product type, vendor, tags, or stock status to narrow the list.
Product detail
The product detail page shows:
- All variants with their current stock levels
- A historical inventory chart showing how levels have changed over time
- Per-location breakdown of quantities
Click any variant to drill into its detail page.
Variant detail
The variant detail page gives you the deepest view of a single item:
- Current quantities at each tracked location (available, committed, incoming, reserved — depending on your tracking settings)
- Historical chart showing quantity changes over time
- Change log listing every inventory adjustment with timestamps
Inventory list
The Inventory page shows a flat list of every variant across all locations. This is useful when you need to work with inventory data directly rather than browsing by product.
Filtering
Filters help you find exactly what you need:
- Location — focus on a single warehouse or store
- Stock status — low stock, out of stock, in stock, overstocked
- Product type, vendor, tags — filter by product attributes
Combine multiple filters to build precise views — for example, “low stock items from Vendor X at the Main Warehouse.”
Filters persist while you navigate. If you’re not seeing the data you expect, check whether a filter is still active.
