# Zero Sales

> Items that have never sold since you started tracking them

The **Zero Sales** report lists items that have had no sales at all since they were first tracked - products that never gained traction.

**Key columns**: product, variant, SKU, location, on-hand quantity, days since the item was created/tracked, created date, and inventory value.

**When to use it**: to spot launches that never took off or catalogue entries carrying stock they've never moved. Compare with [Dead Stock](/user-guide/reports/dead-stock), which covers items that sold previously but have since stopped.
