# Overview

> Every Stockful report, loaded live against your current data with no generate step. Filter, search, schedule delivery and export.

The **Reports** page lists every report type, grouped by area. Search or filter the list, pin the ones you use most, then open any report to view it live against your current data - there's no "generate" step.

## Report types

Stockful ships with a set of [built-in reports](/user-guide/reports/built-in-reports) covering low stock, out of stock, dead stock, valuation, ABC, profit and more. Open one to view it live, or [build your own](/stockfulql/overview) with StockfulQL.

## Viewing a report

Click a report to open it. Reports load live data. Most support filtering, searching and column sorting, plus a totals row and pagination for larger datasets. From any report you can jump to its **schedules**.

## Scheduling reports

Any report can be delivered on a **daily, weekly, monthly or yearly** schedule to [email](/user-guide/reports/channels/email), [Slack](/user-guide/reports/channels/slack), a [webhook](/user-guide/reports/channels/webhook), [Google Sheets](/user-guide/reports/channels/google-sheets) or [Airtable](/user-guide/reports/channels/airtable). Set one up with **Schedule** on a report, or manage them all from **Reports → Schedules**.

File deliveries can be sent as CSV, XLSX, XML or JSONL, and reports built around a chart can also be sent as a PDF. See [Scheduling reports](/user-guide/reports/scheduling) for cadences, delivery channels, formats and Send now.

## Building your own

Beyond the built-in reports above, you can build a report from scratch: pick any metrics and dimensions, filter and group them, set a date range and comparison, and choose a chart. The report editor writes the query for you in **StockfulQL**, which you can read, edit and share. See the [StockfulQL reference](/stockfulql/overview) for the query language, its datasets and worked examples.
