Every alert Stockful sends is recorded, so you can see what an alert actually caught rather than guessing. * **History** in the header of the **Alerts** page shows every send across all your alerts * Each alert's own page shows its last three sends in the sidebar, with **View history** for the full list Each entry records the SKU that triggered it, the location, the trigger type, when it was sent, and whether stock has since recovered. The **Outcome** column tells you what happened to the message: | Outcome | Meaning | | ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Delivered** | The message was accepted | | **Queued** | Caught, and waiting for this alert's next daily or weekly summary | | **Not delivered** | Slack turned it away - hover the info icon for the reason, usually a channel that's been deleted, archived, or that Stockful hasn't been added to | | **Suppressed** | The send didn't complete, so the next stock change will alert again | | **Not recorded** | The outcome wasn't captured - only on entries from before delivery tracking was added | An immediate alert goes straight to **Delivered**. A daily or weekly one sits at **Queued** until its send time, then every entry in that summary flips to **Delivered** together. You can filter by alert, trigger, outcome and location. Tick the rows you want and export just those, or export everything matching your filters, as CSV, Excel, XML or JSONL. History is kept for 13 months.
